Terms of use

Effective from 8 October 2026

These terms set out the rules for using akademiacopytrading.pl and booking a free educational consultation. They are the terms for services provided electronically under the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

1. Provider and definitions

  1. The provider is Przemek Cacko, Belgia, Osoba fizyczna, email: cackowski.przemyslaw.pro@gmail.com (“Akademia”).
  2. Site – the website at akademiacopytrading.pl, including its English version.
  3. User – anyone using the Site.
  4. Consultation – a free online educational call with an Akademia consultant, booked through the form on the Site.

2. Services

  1. Through the Site, Akademia provides the following services free of charge:
    1. educational content about copy trading, including the calculator and glossary;
    2. a form for booking a Consultation;
    3. a link to the learning group on WhatsApp.
  2. Content on the Site and the Consultations are for education and information only. They are not investment advice, an investment recommendation or an offer of financial instruments, and they do not take your personal circumstances into account. You make investment decisions yourself and at your own risk. Please read the risk warning.
  3. Akademia is not an investment firm. It does not receive or transmit orders, manage money or accept payments for investment, and it never asks for passwords, login details or access to your accounts.

3. Technical requirements

  1. To use the Site you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled.
  2. To take part in a Consultation you need a phone or a device that can run Google Meet or WhatsApp (depending on the agreed format) and, to receive the invitation, an email address.
  3. Using the internet comes with common risks (such as malware and phishing). Keep your software up to date and never share the passwords to your accounts.

4. Consultation

  1. You book a Consultation by choosing a consultant (or the first available slot), a day and a time, giving your first name and phone number (email optional) and accepting these terms. The contract for the Consultation is concluded when the booking confirmation is displayed.
  2. The Consultation is free and lasts about 30 minutes. Times are shown in Warsaw time.
  3. You can cancel or move the Consultation at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, by replying to the invitation, writing to cackowski.przemyslaw.pro@gmail.com or contacting the consultant.
  4. For good reasons (such as illness or a technical failure) Akademia may cancel or move a Consultation, letting you know promptly and offering a new time.
  5. Consultations are intended for adults.

5. Rules of use

  1. You must not provide unlawful content, including other people's details in the form.
  2. You must not interfere with the Site, including by submitting the form automatically.
  3. The WhatsApp group runs under WhatsApp's terms. Akademia may remove anyone who posts ads, spam or unlawful content or urges other members to deposit money.
  4. Content on the Site is protected by copyright. You may use it for personal purposes, but you may not copy it for commercial purposes without Akademia's consent.

6. Ending the contract

  1. The contract for access to the Site's content lasts while you browse it and ends when you leave the Site.
  2. The contract for a Consultation ends when it has taken place or has been cancelled.

7. Complaints

  1. You can send complaints about the Site or a Consultation to cackowski.przemyslaw.pro@gmail.com. Please describe the problem and give your contact details.
  2. Akademia handles complaints within 14 days of receiving them and replies to the address the complaint came from.
  3. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution bodies and consumer advice services in their country.

8. Personal data

How we process personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and cookies in the cookie policy.

9. Final provisions

  1. These terms are available free of charge on the Site in a form that lets you download, save and print them.
  2. Akademia may change these terms for good reasons, such as changes in the law or in the services. Changes do not apply to Consultations booked before they take effect.
  3. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive consumers of the protection given by the mandatory laws of the country where they usually live.
  4. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumers' statutory rights.
